After Spotify made the announcement to remove R Kelly from all playlists, 50 Cent came in to defend the singer. “Spotify is wrong for what it is doing to artists like R Kelly and XXXtentacion,” the rapper wrote on Twitter.
The 51-year-old artist was removed as part of Spotify’s new “Hate Content & Hateful Conduct” policy, since been accused of sexual assault on multiple occasions.
