Marissa Rundell, 19, was travelling with her 8 month old son on a flight from JFK to Syracuse, New York, when she had a rude encounter with another passenger who complained about having to sit next to a mother and her “crying” baby and went on to threaten a Delta attendant over her job.
“She was the last one to get on the plane and I was in the second to last row of the plane,” Rundell told the DailyMail. She came to the back and slammed her bags down. She said “this is f****** ridiculous. It’s bulls**t having to sit in the back of the plane.”
Rundell asked the lady to watch her language and said the lady told her to shut the f*** up and shove it. The flight attendant offered the lady to take another flight after being asked “Can I sit somewhere else? I’m not sitting next to a crying baby.”
The women then rudely says “No, I can’t,” and goes on to ask for the flight attendants name, it’s Tabitha she says and also gives the lady her employee I.D number.
“Thank you, Tabitha,” the woman says. “You may not have a job tomorrow.”
Tabitha tells another flight attendant that she ” wants the woman off the flight,” and the woman begins to apologize.
“No. You just screamed at a woman and her baby,” Tabitha responds. She then turns toward her crew member and says. “She was screaming at the baby.”
“I’m not screaming. I’ll be quiet now. Please. OK? I’m sorry. I was really stressed out,” the woman is seen begging at the end of Rundell’s Facebook video.
