Start this exercise with your back on the ground and your face looking up.

Bend your knees and keep your arms & elbows bent along with your hands near your ears.

Tense up your core and lift up your upper body now your right elbow will connect with your left knee.

Go into the beginning position, lift your upper body and your left elbow will connect to your right knee.

Go back into the beginning position.
