Have a more successful day by adding these 5 steps to your everyday routine 🙂Â
1. Drink Water
Drinking water first in the morning fires up your metabolism, hydrates you, helps your body flush out toxins, gives your brain fuel, and may even make you eat less (score!) TIP: Add lemon or any fruit to add a more fruity taste.
2. Meditate
Meditating helps you stay more focused, content, and optimistic during your day. If meditating isn’t for you read an inspirational book or do what gets you in a relaxed, and happy state of mind.
3. Eat A Nutritious Breakfast
Breakfast foods are good sources of important nutrients such as calcium, iron and B vitamins as well as protein and fibre. The body needs these essential nutrients and research shows that if these are missed at  breakfast, they are less likely to be compensated for later in the day.
4. Exercise
By adding just 10 minutes of exercise to your daily routine you can add many benefits to your body, such as energy stamina, and a more daily positive mind set.
5. Write Your Day Down
Write down everything you have to accomplish in that day this way you know what you must get done, and you can simply mark off each task as it gets done instead of trying to remember them.
Although brushing your teeth & showering are not on the list we feel these are very important to a productive day!
