New month, new drink at Applebee’s! The drink of the month is green, filled with vodka — and topped with rainbow candy. The $2 Absolut Rainbow Punch is now on the menu and it is the perfect Insta worthy drink to celebrate Mardi Gras or St. Patrick’s Day.

The festive drink is made with Absolut vodka, green apple, ginger, and lemon flavors. Then, to make it even more yummy, the drink is topped with a rainbow candy strip.
Applebee’s February Drink of the Month; the Dollar Hurricane will be available through the end of Mardi Gras on March 5.
