You will need a horizontal bar to complete this exercise.

Start this exercise with your back on the ground, make sure the horizontal bar is leveled with your chest.

Extend both your arms and grab the bar.

Align your spine, feet, waist, legs, neck, torso & head to form a straight forward angle.

Inhale and use your pivot foot to pull your body toward the bar until your chest is slightly touching the bar.

Lower your body back down in the beginning position while exhaling out.

Repeat based on your workout routine.
