Detroit Pistons welcomes Avery Bradley to his new team!
This may come as a shock to so many Celtic fans but they’ve decided to move away from Avery Bradley and have traded him to the pistons for Marcus Morris.
For those who may not know who Avery Bradley is, He Is a hard noised player who averaged 16 points for the Celtics last season extremely gifted defender.
Marcus Morris is a very versatile player capable of doing a little bit of everything with the addition of Gordon Hayward and the already signed Al Horford It appears his primary role will be backing up Horford.
Many would agree this isn’t a fair deal but it would appear this was a move to free up cap space to sign Gordon Hayward which could be what the delay was in finalizing his deal.
Avery Bradley was the last player on the Celtics from The Big Three Era which included Ray Allen, Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett.
With the addition of Avery Bradley the Detroit pistons get a player with a championship mindset and will give them a better chance at assembling a championship team.
