Ben Simmons is known as a player that can do it all in the NBA, A proven NBA star for sure. His team is on a good streak and continue to improve with the guidance of the great point guard most teams can feed off that and exceed expectations.
Although a great scorer majority of his buckets come off the 2pt, his coach is in good spirits about his game wants to see what more he can offer.
Philadelphia is 11-0 at home, they’re constantly winning games taking another win against the Raptors on Sunday and constantly raking them up.
“I was locked in,” said the point guard Simmons.
“This is what I want,” Brown said “and you can pass it along to his agent, his family and friends. I want a 3-point shot a game, minimum. The pull-up 2s… I’m fine with whatever is open. But I’m interested in the 3-point shot. The mentality that he has where he’s turning corners and taking that long step, that gather step, and bringing his shoulders to the rim and trying to dunk or finish tight, will equal higher efficiency, or getting fouled. That’s the world that interests me the most. Those two things.” Brown stated.
He wants to see Simmons expand his game to the 3pt line and hopefully draw more fouls that could boost his team ppg and his overall playing style could take a leap forward.
