You will need a bench or an box for this exercise.
Start this exercise with one foot on the ground and the other on the bench.
Now place the heel of your foot on the bench very close to the edge.
Use the top of your foot to push off of the bench extending your top leg through your hip and knee.
While you’re landing you’ll place your other foot top of the box and your other leg should now be on the ground.
Keep alternating from one foot to another based on your workout routine.
