This means that once he decides to sign the contract that will keep him with the Blazers for 5 years total.
CJ McCollum has been a part of the dynamic duo of he & Damian Lillard both guards are considered high profile stars and the Blazers would like to make sure they have both on the team in the long term.
Lillard signed a extension in the earlier part of this month and the deal is set to keep him on the Blazers up until the 2024-25 season. Lillard agreed to a 196 Million for the course of four seasons.
McCollum averaged 21.8 ppg, 3.9 rpg and 3.3 apg & shot 46.1 percent from the field.
