Start this exercise with your feet together and your hands placed down on the ground.
Now shift your hips up and back until you’re in a inverted “V” position.
Raise up your right leg behind you.
Now inhale and as you begin to round your back you’ll bring your knee in up to your nose area.
Move your shoulders directly above your hands as you exhale shift your body back into the downward dog “V” and move your leg out behind you.
