Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is high in lauric acid. It is thought to dissolve the lipid coating around some viruses and make them more susceptible to attack by the immune system.
Onion
Onions have been shown to pull toxins & help the body heal. Add olive oil and onion to feet. Cover with socks to remove body toxins.
Socks
Natural healing happens through the feet in a lot of methods. Be sure to always have comfy socks around.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple Cider Vinegar alkalizes the body and helps kill viruses and bacteria.
Chamomile
Chamomile tea is great for getting fussy sick kids to calm down and sleep well. Add honey for sweetness. Chamomile is also great to help ease anxiety and stress.

When sickness hits, having wash cloths on hand is a must. Add cold water and apply to the head for fever relief. Put a cold wash rag at the back of the neck to help relieve nauseousness.
