Front Box Jump

You will need a box that can hold your body weight.

Start this exercise with a box about 1 to 2 feet in front of your body.

Now stand with your feet shoulder-length apart, do a short squat and swing your arms behind your back.

Jump out of this position and instead through your hips, knees and ankles to jump high swinging your arms forward and upward.

Now land on the box with your knees bent and absorb the impact through your legs.

Stand up straight jump away from the box back to the ground.
