Incline Push Up

You will need a bench or table for this exercise.

Stand with your body facing the bench and place your hands on the edge of it slightly wider than shoulder-length apart.

Keep both your arms straight and make sure your elbows are not locked in.

Align your feet making sure your arms and body are facing straight.

Bend your elbows to lower yourself to the edge of the bench while you inhale.

Now keep your body straight-forward.

Push your body up away from the bench until you’ve noticed your elbows are extended and not locked.

Now exhale as you do a push up.
