Start this exercise with your back on the ground and your arms stretched out behind your head.
Now keep your arms and legs raise up slightly away from the ground.
Now that you’ve got your arms and legs raised up keep them extended out straight and with your back to the ground.
Keep your feet raised up and arms at your side now bend your knees and bring them toward your chest area.
Sit up as you do this and keep your arms straight now unfold your body and return to the beginning position.
Repeat based on your workout routine.
