The Mavericks have taken a step closer in the return of their star forward Kristaps Porzingis.
He’s been experiencing some soreness in his knee and hasn’t been able to play for over 10 games. He’s looking forward to returning back to the court on Tuesday against the L.A. Clippers.
It was originally rumored he’d play against the Trail Blazers but, he’s looking more optimistic for the game against the Clippers.
Mark Cuban hinted to fans that fans shouldn’t worry if his injury will linger “He’s all good.”.
It appears the Mavs are happy to hold him out for now until he feels like he’s up to NBA speed.
Porzingis built a history of injuries while playing for the New York Knicks. The playing history with the Mavs has been slightly different. Missing only 10 games isn’t something to be concern with the injury is most likely a minor setback. Porzingis is looking forward to taking the court again very soon.
