Lateral Box Jump

You will need a plyometric box for this exercise.

Start this exercise facing the box, now jump onto the box with both feet.

Jump to the side landing on the box, now jump to the other side.

You’ll keep jumping on the box and jumping down as you land on the far side.

Move swiftly each time and repeat the steps above in the opposite direction each time.

Repeat based on your workout routine.
