LeBron James has given his hometown a new basketball court for the underprivileged kids that love the game.
James teamed up with a few of his close friends from Akron and nearby St. Vincent-St. Mary High School, James helped reveal a multicolored outdoor court at the I Promise School.
LeBron put together a million dollars to help build the basketball court.
James is currently shooting his new movie Space Jam 2 and would like to raise basketball awareness.
Lakers signed the megastar to a four-year, $154 million max contract and he will be entering his second year as a Laker in this upcoming 2019-20 season.
