Lonzo Ball was carried off the court last night during a game vs the Houston Rockets, the popular point guard hurt his ankle in the third quarter.
Ball will miss 4-6 weeks after he had an MRI on his ankle showing a grade 3 left ankle sprain which the team announced on Sunday.
Ball drove in toward the basket to pass the ball off to a teammate and James Ennis of the Houston Rockets pressured him causing him to roll his ankle as he came down to the ground.
When he left the arena in Houston he needed a wheelchair and was taken to a local hospital for examination after the X-ray machine at the Toyota Center malfunctioned.
Ball had eight points and 11 assists before his injury.
