THE HILL reported today that Maryland’s officials are rejecting the request for fraud commission and will not turn over any voters information.
This comes off a big list of states that are refusing this “Repugnant” request.
Kris Kobach (R), Servers as the vice chair of president Trump’s advisory commission on election and integrity.
“Disclosure of some of the information encompassed by your request may be prohibited under State and/or federal law,”
“Accordingly, I am denying your request.”
Wrote by Linda Lamone, Kobach’s request was to obtain the names, birthdays, the last four digits of their social security numbers as well as all history of registered voters.
Maryland Attorney General Brain E.Frosh said in a statement the request for this information is “repugnant”.
“I find this request for the personal information of millions of Marylander’s repugnant,”
“It appears designed only to intimidate voters and to indulge President Trump’s fantasy that he won the popular vote.”
“Repeating incessantly a false story of expansive voter fraud, and then creating a commission to rule that narrative, does not make it any more true.”
Said Brain E.Frosh.
Kobach responded by criticizing each state that refused to comply with the request’s to give them certain information.
“What are they trying to hide?” Said Kobach.
“Frankly, if a state like Kentucky or California won’t provide available information, one has to ask the question, ‘Why not?”
