Med Ball Slam

You will need a medicine ball to complete this exercise.

Start this exercise with your feet shoulder-length apart and knees slightly bent using a non-bounce medicine ball hold it over your head.

Throw the ball down into the ground in the front of your feet applying a lot of force.

Exhale while you’re doing this movement and contract the ab area as powerfully as possible and catch the ball as it bounces away from the ground.
