ESPN reports that the Lakers and Pelicans have reached a deal that will send Anthony Davis to the Lakers.
The Lakers originally attempted to trade for Davis in December but, the deal fell through leaving many to wonder what will happen.
Today Davis is officially a Los Angeles Laker who will be joining All-Star LeBron James to make the team more competitive.
For trading Anthony Davis the New Orleans Pelicans will receive Brandon Ingram, Lonzo Ball, Josh Hart and three first round draft picks this include the 4th pick Lakers won in the lottery.
The Boston Celtics attempted to trade for Anthony Davis as well and were linked to multiple reports about a trade, nothing got completed and Anthony Davis is now a Laker.
