Reverse Lunge & Knee Lift

Start this exercise taking a step back with your left foot, bend both your knees to a 90-degree angle.

The back knee should hover off the ground.

Extend both your knees and move your weight onto your right foot.

Simultaneously lift your left foot and bring your knee to your chest, now release your left leg from your chest and place it on the ground.

While you’re bringing your knee into your chest add a tiny jump.
