Running High Knee

Start this exercise standing up tall and run in place as quickly as you can.

Now through the ball of both feet bring your knees as high as you possibly can.

Create a 90-degree angle from your thighs down to your ankles.

Keep your hands neutral and elbows bent with your shoulders down as you swing your arms back and fourth.
