Selena Gomez’s hair has gotten really long, and like us all, the singer wanted to try something different with her hair — bring on the waves! Gomez attempted to do a wavy hair hack on her Instagram Stories and she was not impressed with the outcome.

On Saturday, Gomez started recording a video, noting that her grandparents were staying with her. “I had to put the pretty filter on ’cause I’m lookin’ rough,” Gomez says using Instagrams Golden Hour filter. As her Papa films her, she explains why her hair is in the messy look.
“What I was trying to say is that I saw this online, where you’re supposed to flip your hair and braid it, and then it’s supposed to come out, like, amazing. So, let’s see.”

Gomez flips her hair upside down to undo the braid, before she even sees the results, she typed “Smh 🤦🏻♀️” She flips back over to reveal her look, asking her Papa, “How does it look?” He responded with, “Nope.”
“Man, girls be lyin’, sayin’ do it yourself, it’s so easy, it’s so pretty.” She said before saying, “No.”
