Side-Lying Leg Lift

Start this exercise on one side of your body, lower arm on the ground and upper hand in the front of your body.

Brace into your abs and bring your bottom leg in the front of your top leg a bit, now let the inside of your top foot rest on the ground.

Lift your upper leg up and keep your hips stacked.

Stop and lower the leg.
