Start this exercise with your feet close together and your hands need to be behind your head together.

Now push your hips back and get into a half-squat position.

Next jump your feet out to the sides as you maintain the squat position.

Do a quick jump with your feet returning to the beginning position.

You’ll keep your body low as you do this exercise, repeat following your workout routine.
