Star Push-Ups

Start this exercise in the plank position, lower your torso and your elbows to a 90-degree angle.

Now push up into the air and land with your hands and feet closer together.

Now lower your stomach area until your elbows are at your sides and go up again.

With your hands and feet wider than your shoulder-length apart keep doing the two push up motion.
