Straight Leg Lift

Start this exercise with your back to the ground and your hips squared, legs laid out on the ground.

Bend your knee of a non active leg at a 90-degree angle. Plant your foot flat on the ground.

Inhale and lift the straight leg a half a foot off the ground.

Hold it for 3 to 5 seconds exhale slowly and lower the leg to the ground.

Repeat this exercise based on the workout routine.
