Thigh Taps

Start this exercise in the plank position, your palms on the ground and feet relaxing on your toes.

Now keep one of your hands in a position to support the other using it to tap your thigh.

Now use your hand to go into the plank position as you switch to the other position.

Do this as many times as instructed by your workout routine.
