You will need weights or dumbbells for this exercise.
Start this exercise on a step with your right foot, holding a weight in both hands press the heel of your foot to straighten your right leg.
Bring the left foot to meet your right foot on top of the step, bend your right knee and step down with the left foot.
Bring your right foot down to meet the left foot on the ground.
Switch to your left foot and repeat this based on your workout routine.
