The Butterfly Pose is a position that helps you go into deep meditation. This involves you relaxing and breathing with your leg movements.
Start off with sitting on the floor, next place your legs, back & hands on the ground.
Exhale and put your feet together close to your pelvic area, bending your knees outwardly.
Use your hands and place them around your ankles & toes.
The duration of this exercise is determined by your workout routine.
