Slice a fresh cucumber into thin slices and arrange them in a single layer on an aluminum pie
plate (or 9×13 dish, round cake pan, etc). The point is, the cucumber must be fresh when you slice
it and the pan must be aluminum. Place a couple out and around the patio, deck or picnic table.
Wasp/hornet trap: a mason jar and a funnel. Put watered down orange juice in the jar.
The wasps/hornets are attracted to the fruit juice so they’ll go down the funnel but won’t be able to find their way out and eventually drown.
Pet and kid safe.
Sprinkle garlic all over your yard mosquitos hate the smell of garlic more
than anything and will do anything to escape the smell. Works for 3 months.
Make a mosquito repellent candle for your outdoor BBQs to keep the pests away.
