The Fyre Festival organizer Billy Mcfarland arrested and released on bail reports AllHipHopNews.

25 year old Mcfarland arrested on Friday June 30th and charged with one count of federal wire fruad.
Mcfarland spent the night in jail overnight, who posted a bail of $300,000.
The judge ordered him to move back in with his parents, Who attended the proceedings at the U.S. Court For Sourthern District of New York.
Media rushed Mcfarland after he left the courtroom and asked him to comment on this incidient.
“I’d love to speak, I’d love to say something,” he said. “We’ll set it up for a better time.” said Mcfarland.
U.S. Attorney Kristy Greenberg released a statement on Saturday.
“It is clear that he (McFarland) did not understand the gravity and the severity of the charges until now.” said Greenberg.
U.S. Attorney Joon H. Kim also gave a statement about the charges filed against Mcfarland.
“As alleged, William McFarland promised a ‘life changing’ music festival but in actuality delivered a disaster. McFarland allegedly presented fake documents to induce investors to put over a million dollars into his company.”
Mcfarlands most active contributor Ja-Rule has not been charged for any crimes.

If convicted Mcfarland will face up to 20 years jail time.
