Start this exercise with your feet together and shoulders back. Step out with your right foot bending your knees into a lowering squat. Bring your arms out facing the front of your body.
Thrust yourself off of the floor with both of your feet. Jumping up and into the other while swinging your arms behind your body. While landing immediately go into another squat. You’ll jump up and over to the total opposite side each time you repeat.
Try to avoid landing hard and make sure you’re not allowing your knees to separate too far in the front of your feet while landing.
