A principal at a Louisianna Catholic school has resigned after being arrested for being at a strip club while away on a field trip in Washinton D.C., according to ABC news. Head of the Holy Family Catholic School, Michael Comeau, 47, was arrested Thursday at Archibald’s Gentlemen’s Club, according to reports.

The Diocese of Baton Rouge spokesperson Dan Borné said in a statement, “The incident occurred when the students on the trip were in their hotel rooms for the evening under the supervision of other chaperones.”
Comeau was charged with public intoxication and possession of an open container of alcohol after refusing to pay for his tab.
