Single Leg Stand Up

Start this exercise sitting in a char.

Now extend one leg in the front of you while you’re planting the other foot down.

Keep your back straight and your shoulders pulled back.

Press down through your planted foot tensing up your quads and glutes.

Slowly stand up and inhale as you lower down until you’re fully seated.
